We want you to love your purchase from us so that's why we have a simple return policy for our customers.
Full priced items can be returned and you will receive a Store Credit for the purchase amount excluding postage. The item must be returned within 28 days of purchase and it must have the original tags and packaging and be unused/ unworn, and in original condition.
Please note: We do not offer change of mind returns on sale items.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our criteria includes:
- tags attached
- no makeup or fake tan marks
- no smell or perfume or deodorant
If your item arrived faulty we will attempt to replace the item or repair it in the first instance. If this is not possible we will offer you a full refund.
How to return your item
Before any return can be accepted, please email our team to discuss the item and include your order number. Your email should be sent to Christine@miniblingkids.com.au

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (www.accc.gov.au) Mini Bling and Me will offer either a free repair, replacement or refund on (Faulty Item) once the item has been returned and inspected by our staff.
We have the right to reject your request if we feel that your item does not meet our return criteria and terms and conditions.
